  • Ability to read, prequalify and consolidate content on client bid documentation
  • Knowledge of Office and IT Supplies.
  • Meet deadlines and submission requirements
  • Support team members on high-priority bids
  • Ability to follow standardized processes
  • Request quotes on items on solicitation
  • Research and set up new manufacturers
  • Maintain status of all bids in process timely
  • Ensure bids are reviewed, revised, and reapproved in a timely manner
  • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to compile quotes
  • Complete and compile bid packet and documentation
  • Administrative tasks as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure
