Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for an On-site Recruitment Partner, to be based in Bucharest.
Working in the position of On-site Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers in Romania, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. Among your responsibilities will be Identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and driving changes aimed at process optimization and driving the recruitment processes in order to deliver top quality candidates in a timely manner.
We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role. Previous experience in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential (ideally in managing global end to end recruitment processes). Experience in dealing with very senior stakeholders in an international environment (different geographies, time zones, etc.) is a big asset. As a member of the International Team you need to be fluent in English and in Romanian. In addition, you have a proven talent for communication and relationship building, you have great time management skills, you are well organized and able to work under pressure.
