What would you have to do?
Keeping office building supplied and in good aesthetical and functional shape;
Providing support to various departments across the company in fulfilling their duties;
Participating in the organization of company events;
Keeping track of various calendars and deadlines;
Tending to company guests;
Solving various administrative issues as they appear.
What do we expect from you?
Living in Târgu Mureș or a close area;
Baccalaureat;
Experience working in a team;
Experience organizing events, working with suppliers, contractors;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Romanian, Hungarian;
Self-Reliant/Responsible - You can take responsibility for your own work; therefore, we will let you do that.
Creative thinker: You can identify different solutions to issues that appear, and have the freedom to solve problems the best way you know
