What would you have to do?
🔸Keeping office building supplied and in good aesthetical and functional shape;
🔸Providing support to various departments across the company in fulfilling their duties;
🔸Participating in the organization of company events;
🔸Keeping track of various calendars and deadlines;
🔸Tending to company guests;
🔸Solving various administrative issues as they appear.
What do we expect from you?
🔸Living in Târgu Mureș or a close area;
🔸Baccalaureat;
🔸Experience working in a team;
🔸Experience organizing events, working with suppliers, contractors;
🔸Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
🔸Ability to communicate effectively in English, Romanian, Hungarian;
🔸Self-Reliant/Responsible - You can take responsibility for your own work; therefore, we will let you do that.
🔸Creative thinker: You can identify different solutions to issues that appear, and have the freedom to solve problems the best way you know
🔸Punctuality, attention to detail, commitment and consistency.
