About the Role:
We are looking for charismatic, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Live Casino team as Live Casino Dealers. As a dealer, you will host Baccarat live-streamed casino games engaging with players in real-time while ensuring fair and smooth gameplay. No previous experience is requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsabilities:
- Host and operate live casino table games in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a high level of energy and engagement during live broadcasts
- Interact with players via live chat to create an entertaining and welcoming experience
- Follow game rules and internal procedures to ensure fair play and compliance
- Collaborate with other team members and technical staff to ensure a smooth broadcast
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with brand standards
- Work in a shift-based environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Basic-medium level of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident, charismatic, and comfortable in front of a camera
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Team player with a proactive and flexible mindset
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Previous experience in entertainment, customer service, hospitality, or performing arts is a bonus, but not required
