Are you a successful Software Support Specialist interested to work for an outstanding client?

Ikon Soft, Cluj-Napoca founded in, is a full-cycle software development company. Most of the clients are international, mainly from the USA and EU.

We are looking for value-adding Software Support Specialist – junior/middle level.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Entry (0-2 years), Middle (2-5 years)
• Familiarity with various operating systems, such as Linux
• Attention to details
• Knowledgeable about software development lifecycle
• Knowledgeable about programming languages (PHP and/or JS Frameworks) and SQL databases will be a plus
• To hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related area will be a plus
• Good command of English

 

Job Responsibilities:

• You will serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades
• You will resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue
• You work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software
• You will analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions throughout the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product
• You will also be involved in developing and leading training classes to educate customers about software products.
