Veloce Strategic Partners operates as a boutique advisory firm for London-based clients expanding into the European Economic Area (EEA). To facilitate rapid market entry, we deploy localized corporate infrastructure. We require a highly organized Regional Representative in Romania to act as our legal proxy for local administrative deployments, banking node activation, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- 🏛️ Local Infrastructure Deployment: Act as the authorized local signatory to establish and verify regional operational accounts (Corporate PSPs, EMIs) on behalf of our UK entities.
- 🔐 Fiduciary Compliance & KYC: Execute mandatory identity verification protocols using your local Romanian credentials to ensure our cross-border gateways meet EEA Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
- 📁 Corporate Documentation: Receive, sign, and securely route incorporation documents, board resolutions, and API credentials between the local nodes and our London headquarters.
- 📱 Secure Node Management: Maintain physical control over designated communication assets (localized SIM cards) required for continuous 2FA security routing.
Remuneration Package
- 💰 Infrastructure Setup Fee: €100 (Net) immediate payment upon the successful compliance clearance and activation of the primary corporate gateway.
- 📊 Module-Based Compensation: €30 to €70 per subsequent deployment task (e.g., secondary account opening, physical card reception, specific compliance audits).5-15( minutes or working per module.
- 🛡️ Total Liability Coverage:VSP covers 100% of setup costs, platform fees, and operational expenses. You are never required to advance personal funds.
- 📜 Status: Independent Fiduciary Contractor (Freelance Agreement). Premium, asynchronous workflow requiring precision, discretion, and strict execution.
